Our staff profiles are provided to help you relate with the person processing your order. If you know a little bit about the staff member sending you an email or ringing you about an issue, it helps make the communication just that much easier.

The necessary details required to contact our staff members are available from their profiles so if you need to email someone about an issue, open their profile, click their email address and your default email program will open automatically with a blank email ready to go. The email addresses are initially hidden from view until you click on them to prevent unwanted Spam.

Our staff are free to add their own photos and adventures to their profiles so come back regularly to see what they've been up to on their travels. If you ask nicely, they may even upload a photo you've taken on one of their visits to your part of the world.
